With nearly 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, her vision, leadership, and commitment to exceptional service have shaped the company into what it is today. Pamela remains dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients while fostering a team-first culture that puts people at the center of everything the agency does. Outside of work, Pamela enjoys spending time with her family in both West Virginia and North Carolina, creating lasting memories and making the most of every opportunity to be together.

Casie Griffith is the Commercial Lines Director for both Loudoun Insurance Group and Wilmington Insurance Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience helping businesses protect what matters most. Specializing in commercial insurance, Casie works closely with business owners to create customized coverage solutions while building lasting relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and personalized service. Her goal is to give every client confidence that their business is protected today and prepared for the future. Casie earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2016 and is currently pursuing her Certified Risk Manager (CRM) Designation, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and ongoing education. She has also served on a local nonprofit Board of Directors, as well as on the Agent Advisory Board for several carriers, and is a member of BNI Coastal Connectors. Originally from Maryland, Casie spent ten years in Loudoun County before relocating to Wilmington, North Carolina, where she lives with her husband, Kylee, and their daughters, Ellie and Annie.

Jared has been the Employee Benefits Director at Loudoun Insurance Group since 2010. As an experienced insurance professional, Jared's focus is on listening to his clients, analyzing their needs, and providing them with the protection they desire. Jared commits himself to providing exceptional service to his clients and to our community as a whole. In addition to his insurance services, he has held many volunteer positions in the community, including serving on the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for nine years and on their executive committee as the VP of Membership for four years. He has been an active board member for Loudoun Youth, Inc., since 2009 and their president and CEO since 2011. Jared has also coached many youth sports teams over the years, including baseball, soccer, football, and basketball. Jared believes in and enjoys helping his clients protect their loved ones while minimizing their risk to provide them peace of mind.
