Shannon has 21 years of experience in the insurance field. She began her career as a receptionist before earning her Property & Casualty license and becoming a Notary Public. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, caring for their two dogs and three cats, and taking their four classic Volkswagens to local car cruises and shows. She also enjoys tackling home renovation projects together.

Lizzie has been in the insurance industry since 2002 and holds her Property & Casualty license. She brings more than two decades of experience helping clients with their insurance needs. Outside of work, she is the proud mother of two daughters, Bailee and Rilee, and enjoys kayaking, swimming, cooking, and photography.

Karina has 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and is dedicated to helping clients with their insurance needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cheering on her son at travel baseball games, training her green-cheek conure, reading a good book, and catching up on her favorite shows and movies.

Megan started in the insurance field in 2013 and is licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, video games, anime, and creating diamond art. She also loves exploring the area on her e-bike, spending time with her husband and their three cats, and keeping up with her favorite TV shows.

Vilma started in the insurance field in 2013 and holds both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, painting, gardening, and spending time with her family. She is also a proud dog mom to her Goldendoodle, Milo, and a passionate soccer fan.

Kolby started in the insurance field in 2022 and is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health, and Medicare Supplement/Long-Term Care insurance. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time with friends and family, and is a former collegiate wrestler.

Stephanie started in the insurance field in 1993 and currently serves as Office Manager and Personal Lines Service Manager at Loudoun Insurance Group. She earned her Property & Casualty license within six months and spent 12 years with a local Loudoun County agency before taking a five-year break to work in an administrative role with Loudoun County Public Schools. She later returned to the insurance field and has now been part of the Loudoun Insurance Group team for more than 16 years. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys reading, traveling, attending concerts, watching sports, playing the occasional video game, and spending time with her family, friends, and her cats, Charlie and Ollivander.

Jamie started in the insurance field in 2016 as a Property & Casualty and Life insurance agent. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending quality time with her children, Bryce and Jo'lee, and her French Bulldog, Bucci. She is also passionate about volunteering as a citizen lobbyist for women's rights and loves spending time on or near the ocean, whether yachting, sailing, or simply relaxing.

Kelly started in the insurance field in the 1990s and returned to Loudoun Insurance Group in 2025 after taking time to care for her father and work in education and nonprofit leadership. Having originally started her insurance career with Pamela, Kelly's return to the agency marks a full-circle moment. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, painting, reading, crafting, and spending time at the beach. Her greatest joy is being with her three grandsons and family, and she's a devoted Orioles fan who loves all things pumpkin spice, HomeGoods, and Starbucks

Donna started in the insurance field in 2018 and enjoys helping support clients as a Customer Service Representative. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, who keep life fun and full of special moments.

Donna has been a valued member of the Loudoun Insurance Group team since 2018. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, son-in-law, and three grandchildren. An avid animal lover, Donna hopes to volunteer at a local animal shelter in retirement. She also spent more than 13 years volunteering as Mrs. Claus for the Greater Manassas Christmas Parade and was honored as TD Bank's Woman of the Year in 2024.

Mariah started in the insurance field in 2026 after spending 10 years as an esthetician and makeup artist, a profession in which she is still licensed. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her two daughters, family, and friends. She is also a proud cat mom to Jax and Salem.

Laurel started in the insurance field in August 2026 and plans to pursue professional licenses and certifications as she continues her career. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors during the warmer months. A longtime athlete, Laurel played soccer for 14 years and also enjoys spending time with her Beagle puppy, Cooper.

Cam started in the insurance industry in 2024 and serves as the Marketing Director for Loudoun Insurance Group. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his fiancée, friends, dog, and two cats. Before beginning his career in marketing, Cam was a Division I collegiate wrestler.

Deborah has been a valued member of the Loudoun Insurance Group team since 2018, bringing a background in accounting and a passion for learning to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through gravel biking, tennis, hiking, and exploring national and state parks. She also loves traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with her family, especially cheering on her grandchildren at their sporting events.

Olivia started in the insurance field in 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to mystery audiobooks, traveling, and continuously learning new things. She also keeps a research journal where she writes about a wide range of topics that spark her curiosity.
